Gas cylinders should be left to the end of the use of excess gas, mainly to prevent mixing with other gases or impurities caused by accidents. Gas cylinders are used where backflow (backflow) is possible and must be equipped with devices to prevent backflow, such as check valves, check valves, buffer tanks, etc. Residual oil and gas in liquefied petroleum gas cylinders shall be recovered by facilities with safety measures and shall not be disposed of by themselves.

Strengthen the maintenance of gas cylinders. The paint layer on the outer wall of the gas cylinder can not only be anticorrosive, but also be a sign of identification, which can prevent misuse and mixed packaging. It is necessary to keep the integrity of the paint surface and the clear sign. The mixing of water in the cylinder will accelerate the corrosion of the cylinder wall. The cylinder must be dried before filling. The gas cylinder using unit shall not change the type of gas to be filled or change the color mark of the gas cylinder without authorization. When it is necessary to replace the cylinder, an application shall be made and the cylinder inspection unit shall be responsible for refitting the cylinder. The unit responsible for the refit determines whether the cylinder is suitable for the gas to be refilled according to the cylinder manufacturing stamping mark and the safety condition. When refitting, the interior of the gas cylinder should be thoroughly cleaned, inspected, stamped and painted with inspection marks, replaced with corresponding accessories, and the words, color ring and color of refitted gas should be replaced.
