6. When the temperature increases, the pressure in the cylinder also increases. Therefore, in use, it is necessary to prevent the cylinder from being heated by open fire, sun exposure and heat sources such as steam pipes and radiators.

7. The distance between gas cylinder and open fire and heat source should be above 10m. If conditions are limited, heat insulation measures should be taken, but not less than 5m. Acetylene cylinders should not be near electrical equipment.

8. When the valve is frozen in winter or the liquefied gas needs to be accelerated, it is forbidden to bake with open fire or directly spray the gas cylinder with steam. The bottle can be moved to a warmer place, or thawed with warm water, the water temperature should be controlled within 40℃.

9. In order to prevent the chemical explosion caused by the mixing of conflicting gases, gas cylinders should be dedicated to the bottle, and other gases can not be modified without authorization.

10. Material backflow is the main cause of chemical explosion. In order to prevent backflow, it is forbidden to use vacuum pump to extract gas from gas cylinders. Gas cylinders with excess pressure are also convenient for filling units to carry out inspection.

11. Handling gas cylinders should be lightly loaded and lightly unloaded. It is forbidden to roll, throw, reverse and other rough ways.

12, loading should be placed horizontally, head towards one side, tighten the bottle cap, ready shock rings. All cylinders should be properly fixed to ensure that they are not tipped or dropped during transportation to avoid damage.

13. The paint on the outer wall of the gas cylinder is not only a protective layer against corrosion, but also a sign to identify the gas cylinder. It indicates the type of gas in the bottle to prevent misuse or mixing. Therefore, to protect the bottle paint color intact, clear words.

14. If the paint color falls off and the words are vague, the paint color should be repainted according to the regulations, otherwise the filling unit will refuse to fill.

15. If the cylinder wall has cracks, leakage or obvious deformation and cannot be used according to the original design pressure after strength check, as well as the burned cylinders, they should be scrapped in principle and cannot continue to be used.
