After use, first close the switch valve, exhaust the remaining gas, and then close the pressure reducer. 

Do not only close the pressure reducer, not the switch valve.

a/Groove:A longitudinal notch having a depth of 3% or more than wall thickness (see Figure A.4)

⎯ Inside imperfection: when depth exceeds 5 % of wall thickness or when length exceeds 10 % of the length of the cylinders 

⎯ Outside imperfection: when depth exceeds 5 % of wall thickness or when the length exceeds 5 times the thickness of the cylinders

 The thread shall be a right-hand thread, such that it moves away from an observer when rotated clockwise.
